Shooting pains in hands/pins and needles. ALS worry.

My elbows keep clicking and whenever I raise my hands high up or I cross my legs, I have pins and needles that disappears if I stand up or stretch. I'm very worried I havr ALs or MND. :(

I too have got extremely clicky well my
Joints if thats what toh mean and get pins and needles too.. Worries me I dońt know why x
