Fed up with it all

Hi all, no one to talk to so just felt like posting

Last few weeks had fullness in ears, dizziness eye pressure, pins and needles , numb right arm, tooth ache, stress panic , chest pains blah blah, currently been treated for tinnitus they gave me hearing aids that don't really do anything except look stupid, had a MRI of my back and told have got some wear and damage and so gave me an appointment to see neurologist??? but not until end of Feb , originally saw doc in November, constant worry have ms , been at work tonight came home with sickly headache and dizziness, only thing that seems to have any effect is lorazepam to calm me down but can't get any

Sick and tired of feeling like f'ing crap everyday and the worry that goes with it but no one has an answer , if nothing was wrong surely I could live a life instead of what feels like just existing and worrying and unwell

Really sorry for what must read like a right rant but surely someone will understand
