Newbie NMP poster. Hello :)

Hi there.

New member today.

I have been suffering from Anxiety / Depression for a while now with Health Anxiety been the main problem lately.

All came to a head at the beginning of December when I had a breakdown and just could not deal with it anymore.

Took the step of seeing the GP and I am now day 31 into Citalopram 20mg and counselling.

Good days and bad right now but found this forum really useful.
