Hi everyone my name is Sarah and I am from Lincolnshire.

I haven't yet been diagnosed but I have an NHS appointment on 11th Jan so hoping that I can begin recovering from this awful anxiety. It has got so much worse over the Christmas period but I don't think the awful weather we have been having has made it any better. I have emetophobia, social anxiety and I think I have general anxiety and health anxiety. So that's quite a lot really. Today hasn't been too bad though but it has been my day off and I've recently moved house so I can keep myself busy. So just looking for some support here.
