Need some advice pleaseee!! so scared

So last night i had this pain in my chest, in the centre bottom, i was laying on my side and rolled over and it was there, ive had this before, but today ive had pins and needles in my hand all day, no pain tho until about 30 mins ago i was sitting on the chair leaning on my arm, now i feel like my shoulders are acheing, and feels like my heart cant beat properly, i went to a&e last saturday with palputations and had an ecg done and it was all ok, dont no what to do, really want to go back there just so worried :(

Hi Lilys,
Looking at some of your posts I see that some are under Health Anx. I'm no Doc but as your ecg was okay I would guess that it's anxiety that is causing your pins and needles. I wish you all the best.

I'd be the first to say get yourself to the Doc's if you're worried, but you already have done and received clear ECGs, so I'd put your symptoms down to anxiety.
