is it just me or when you have your anxiety sensations or just feeling anxious. thers always like a stigma lurking around you. & you can,t break out of that stigma.:shades:

Yep, always. I'm currently in a bad pitch with my fear of colon cancer and so far today I've seen several adverts and read (accidentally) an article about it. It's torture!

Yep get this! Fear of heart attack and seems every channel I turn on has that vinnie jones advert about heart attacks (is a really good thing they are doing though promoting this and saving lives!), every tv show seems to have someone having a heart attack and every song on the radio seems to go on about heart attacks, hearts breaking and cardiac arrest! Argh!

I am like this 95% percent of the time, with whatever illness is my current worry. Currently lymph nodes yet again. It's a horrible feeling. xx
