Hi, my name is Karen, and I suffer anxiety I am taking citalopram ave been suffering for 2years plus at this present I am having CBT. I am in my 50s this anxiety came on so sudden, but won't go away. It may take a while to get use to this site but would be nice to get to no what other people experience and what works for you as people who have never experienced this does not fully understand how scary this can be.
