Hi Joanne I am the same, do all my shopping on the computer, groceries, clothes, presents the lot. How I ever managed without it I dont know. Otherwise can you get anyone to go with you ( or for you ) If like me you cant go into town.

nt rele sure wot a cn do to be honest hehe...erm ye i cud go with my friends as they distract me..therews always something in the back of my mind making me anxious...am getting better and im goin more places now n d doing more things but a hatre it a dnt wanna go to college like this xx

You can distract yourself as well - take a book to read, listen to music, take some water to sip and maybe some rescue remedy.
