New member looking for like minded friends

Hi all. I am a 43 year old married woman from Pennsylvania. I suffer from severe panic attacks and have now for about 10 years. I am looking for some friends who understand what panic attacks are like. I am so tired of being told to "just relax" or "calm down"...how I wish I could!!! My panic has caused me to like to stay home so I am pretty isolated. Just looking for a friendly ear to listen and respond:hugs:
