Symptoms of brain fog??

Hey there what are the symptoms of brain fog?? For about 2-3 weeks now I have been felling spaced out and not "with it" could this be due to poor diet, lack of hygeine?? Lack of sleep over a vast period of time

Lack of sleep can do it, can really mess with your head. In my opinion, good quality sleep is essential to mental well-being although how to achieve this is beyond me. I wish you all the best.

There are loads of reasons why you might be feeling like this but as Baggs mentions, sleep is a major contributor if your not getting enough, have you been having problems sleeping?

Is there anything else going on in your life at the moment that is causing you to be stressed or are you suffering any panic/anxiety attacks? They are also likely to cause brain fog so it's worth trying to work out what is happening in your life that could be contributing to it?
