Meningitis Fear

Today i'm really worried that i have Meningitis , i have had a headache for a while and saw a red rash on my chest although it looks nothing like a meningitis rash. I have a stiff neck which i know to be a symptom. Im really scared this is killing me while i sit here doing nothing

Can you touch your chin to your chest? And does the rash disappear if your press the side of a drinking glass against it? Also, do you have an aversion to light?

Test the rash with a glass. If a glass tumbler is pressed firmly against the rash, the marks will not fade in meningitis. You will be able to see the rash through the glass.
