Uploading a pic??

How do I upload a picture to my profile :-) xx

If the picture is already on the net. Right click and select copy image url.

Then select the little postcard icon on your screen http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/images/editor/insertimage.gif

And paste your image url in...

Click quick links and user control panel - you'll see all the options in there. Your profile pic is referred to as an avatar.
