Im pretty low at the moment and wanting a book to read for times like these, that will lift me up with lots of happiness quotes and positives
I'm also after good anxiety and panic attack books but theres so many!

I'm reading:

"The Mindful Path Through Worry & Rumination" by Sameet M. Kumar, and finding it really helpful with anxiety and derealisation.

I just read the Happiness trap which is very good and also Depressive illness by Tom Cantopher.

I've got The Worry Cure and Overcoming Health Anxiety. They were both recommended by my CBT counsellor and I did find them useful even if I'm not someone who's into self-help books much. But I could really identify with these books and for the first time it made me realise that I'm not alone with these anxieties and they can be overcome...
