Anxiety about someone maybe filming me?

I know this may sound odd but I just moved into a new floor in my building and Its facing another building. Well I did something in my room with the window open that I wouldn't want anyone to see. Across from me the lights were on and i didn't notice.

I didn't see anyone but my mind runs wild.

Am I just guilty of doing the thing I did? Should I not worry?

It's very rare that anyone would take to filming people, I know this subject comes up quite a lot in films, but I would think it's a very rare happening to be honest :) :hugs:
