Feeling anxious. It almost starts climbing up my body.... Super wierd. It's like I feel it coming. Does that happen to anyone else?

Yes totally my works its way downwards though. Starts in my head and works its way down to my feet like a rush. It's just adrenaline. Nothing to fear though I know it's hat to accept at the time.
