have done a stupid thing

Seriously, don't let something like that get you down. We all do silly things. Me more so than others.

but i was horrible and nasty and it was my dads wedding, and i let everything out about how ive been battling with all this anxiety for 10 years and id never told my dad before. It stems back to my mum drinking. I just cannot live with myself :-(
