My anxiety symtom is feeling nausea and sometimes sick as I worry about going into meetings at work as I can cope with all the other symtoms.

Im currently on 20mg amitriptiline in the morning and 30mg in the evening but I'm still feeling nausea with stress at work and I have actually been sick last year, which worries me that it could happen again.

I was wondering if it is worth going to see my doctor as I have made an appointment for next Thursday etc.

Hey, not sure if this will ease it, but I take ginger capsules everyday, as I have nausea a lot as well. I've only been taking them for a week, but I've found it has eased a lot already. Hope this helps!

Thankyou Jo21x, I will deffinetly try these.

A friend asked me today how this all started, which I said I was sick during a meeting and now I'm worried about being in meetings etc.

They said I could be suffering from EMETOPHOBIA, which does tick all the boxes.

Hi, there is a tablet called Metaclopromide which can be used to ease nausea, I take them for another reason, but they do help with sickness.

Ginger is good for sickness feelings, especially travel sickness.
