unstable mind....anyone?

My problem is hard to explain i get episodes of horrible sensations in my head and unstableness in my mind...this is difficult to explain but it feels as tho part of my brain has shut down n i cant process my thoughts n i panic of feeling this way it makes me frightened that i just dont feel mysekf...does n e one else experience n e thing like this?

It could be a form of depersonalisation. Is it almost like you're in a dream, or you're looking at everything through a thick sheet of glass? I get that a lot with anxiety, or like I'm underwater and all my senses are dulled. It's a horrible feeling, but it is just anxiety.
