Help] does anyone know how i feel?

Hey, im 19 years old and I had an anxiety attack once out of no where. Since than ive been always focusing on my heart. Once it starts beating fast I think im going to die and its followed by another anxiety attack. I can usually stop them from getting excessive but I want to know that im not alone. Thanks

This is a common symptom with anxiety. You will not die though, you have to remember that a panic attack cannot harm you.
