A big thankyou to the people who got bac to me. I feel i am getting the hang of this now and i don't feel alone any more!!!! I took my daughter to the cinema today and it helped to know the forum was waiting for me when i got back!!! I had a good day in all but it is so nice to know i am not alone, my hubbie is a great guy but he just does not do anxiety or panic!!!
