If I tilt my head to the left I get a sharp twinge in the middle of my back and it hurts alot to turn my head. I'm sort of worried because I've no idea why I get this pain.
I have a trapped nerve in my left arm and I began weight lifting yesterday but my left arm was significantly weaker than my right. (My anxiety screams out ALS) And I'm worried. :weep:
