I dont know where to post

I have to travel 40 minutes away from my house being agoraphobic it seems almost impossible
I havent been this far in years even going around my town scares me

I dont like being in a car or traffic let alone being so far from my safe place

Is there anyone who can give me some tips would be really helpful

I also take klonopin i guessi am more worried about not being able to stop my panic and anxiety

Please help

i dont have agrophobia but i suffer from health anxiety

I often get panicky when im in car or to go shopping , i fing turning my music up and breathing in threw my nose for 6 seconds and out my mouth for 6 helps me a bit.. if that is not working i count backwards from 1000, i know some of these sound stupid but they can help me when i need it :)
