Left Chest Cold to Touch?

Hi all,

I've been having periods lately where my left chest is cold to the touch; it doesn't feel particularly cold inside, only to the touch! Obviously because it's my left chest it's got me freaked out... Thing is, even Dr Google can't help me with this one! I'm seeing a doctor next week and I'll mention it then, but in the meantime is this something anyone's come across before?

Maybe an obvious question but is your right side cold? Sorry to ask! Not had this myself. Have had cold feeling wrapped around my heart but that was inside.

No, seems to mainly be just my left! It seems to be after exercise I think... But unless I have a feel of it I don't know that it's happening.
