Quitting earphone usage as of now !

Have decided its time to give up the earphone usage I take them everywhere listen to them loud all the time and now I'm giving up before I get the constant buzzing noise I've heard about.
I work in aloud factory so its pretty noisy and don't want to damage my hearing the only problem is I can't go anywhere without them !?

providing u keep the volume at a sensible level & don't have the high pitch up it shld b ok but it's always good to be cautious

Didn't manage today .
I can't seem to go anywhere without music tomorrow I am leaving them at home.
I'm scared the damage is done I have really itchiness inside my ears and they feel funny a lot I work in a loud place as well.
I find it really hard to go places without the, though.
Have used the, for hours a day on a loud voulume for about nine years and need to break the addiction
I'm now scared ill get the constant buzzing noise in my ears that I've heard about !!

I'm now scared I can hear a constant sound in ears like hmmmmmm hmmmmm over and over.
I don't want to google!!
Because I'm young can my ears repair them selves if I stop now or is the damage done?
