Safe is relative, but the maximum for Lyrica / pregabalin is 600 mg a day, so your dose is well within guidelines.

From what I read, there's always a mild risk with drugs that have similar actions, but the benefits generally outweigh these and your GP / Pharmacist would not prescribe or supply these drugs if the risk to you was of a level to cause them any degree of concern.

You can see from my signature the drugs I take regularly with no adverse effects (apart from the standard side effects of each).

Thanks for the advice, sometimes I just need to take the edge off with the diazy.. Mark I see you take both Mitazipane and Lyrica.. I was on Mitazipane before Pyrica and it made me feel really tired.

Yeah, Mirtazapine still makes me a bit drowsy at times but it's worth it for the regular sleep, rather than the chronic anxiety I had before.
