throughout the days since Tuesday 1st January new year day.that fatal day I wonder if I will ever get back to normal.although I was never a active person because I am registered disabled due to ill health.I can't walk more than a few yards before I get out of breath but I do use a mobility scooter.I have to spread my activity out over a long period or I can burn out quite quick.most mornings I could not get up before 9.30 in the mornings and would go.to bed in between 10pm-11 pm.I did wake up about 3-4 Times a night to go to the toilet but did not have to much trouble getting back off.
