Feeling a ton of anxiety/panic over little bodily symptoms both real and imagined despite two reassurances from my doctor. My thumb slightly twitched a couple of times a couple of days ago and I lay in bed at 4:00AM panicked that it will start up again and that I will be told I have a catastrophic neurological disease. I think about it and worry about it every minute of every day.
