Hi,
I'm experiencing anxiety and depression triggered by work place stress, that then took the restrainers off all my old habits and ways of being.
Had a long spell of previous issues in my late 20's and early 30's, took citalopram for around 6 years, then stopped with assistance of Gp, and did really well, reprogrammed, and lived life well over the last 3 years.
Have taken proactive steps this time round, lost it, then got registered at the local Gp's within 2 days, knew what had to be done, back on the citalopram and riding the bucking bronko again.. Here to read how others are coping and offer help to others if I can, and ask for the odd bit of help too no doubt
