Jean, Elle-Kay and I both have CBT4Panic and it is excellent. Like Elle-Kay said there is no catch. The first 30 days are free and you can cancel at any time. I didn't want to cancel as I have found it so helpful.

You can always contact Robin directly if you want reassurance - he is a member here, and is usually quite prompt at replying to emails. I'm sure he would be happy to answer any questions you have. I found it very reassuring that he was a real name that i could contact directly for a personal response, not a nameless, faceless company.

Like Annie, once I read through the first CBT4Panic workbook I realised that I wouldn't need to use the 30 day guarantee. I see it as an investment in my health - I have it forever now, whenever I need it.

I'm 100% with Elle-Kay and Annie :) I'm also doing the CBT4PANIC and I'm finding it very useful, there are not hidden catches at all, it's a brilliant programme to follow and it's also great value for money, with several easy payment choices too :) :hugs:

You can also cancel and get your money back after 60 days if you for some reason wanted to. It is possibly the most genuine thing on the internet.
