Docs app tomoz and work?

Today at work was working with 20 tonnes of liquid hot ton conditioner it said on the product to use in a well ventilated area and preferably outside well it wasn't either at work and the stuff stank now have a dry sore taste left in throat...
Wasn't worrying until I was on op,y own back at home was fine when busy...
Also have a docs app tomoz about y anxiety and am at a loss as what to say

Writing stuff down to show the doctor is always a good idea, that way you don't forget stuff, you could also print out some of the threads you have started on here, say a weeks worth of posts, and he can see from that how severe your HA is. The fact you have made over 3000 posts in just over two years shows that you have an awful lot of worries, and a lot of them are recurring ones.

Remember the doctor can only help you based on what you tell them, so be as honest as you can
