light headed

hey guys hope u are all ok. xxxx i keep going light headed i have got a bit of a weird head & it.s hurting a bit. & my eyes am tired too.:shades:

Omg I have this constantly . I'm due a gastroscophy next week
And now I have convinced myself I ave stomach cancer. I had a gastroscophy
A.few yrs ago and it showed a bit.of gas surely stomach cancer dosnt
Manifest after a few yrs .
