Been put on propanolol

Well after years of on and off anxiety and panic attacks I started feeling a bit wierd again last summer.

I went to the doctor and have been put on 10mg of Propanolol and have to go back and see the doctor in a month.

I'm currently on iron tablets as my levels have been low, had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with nothing found so it has been put down to my bad and erratic diet.

So, we will see what happens next :yesyes:

Hope the propanolol can give you some releif.

Haven't seen you on here in a while, you commented and helped me out in a few of my threads a while back when I was really bad so thanks for that.

I pop in and out now and again. I can be doing ok for a good while, then I get some illness or another and start thinking the worst and my anxiety flares up again.

I was put on propanomol and I'm so pleased they give me them they help loads I still have panics but they are much easier to deal with

Im on 160mg a day and they do nothing for me, weird isnt it :wacko:
