I have had a cold blocked/runny nose for a few days now and I tend to panic when I can't breath through my nose.especially at night.I know it's not nice but I tend to pick it so I feel better.I know that when my cold has gone I will feel a lot better.x

My father had the nova virus (he is in his 80s) and I have hade the flu. Just finished my course of antibiotics, still have a cough and runny nose.
