Quick question??

Can I just ask does anyone else feel that if they dont continue to worry about a certain health problem something bad will happen, almost like it would be bad luck to not worry about it?

Or am I just losing the plot??

Yes me! If I do not continually think the worst about my health, or constantly think about my health and all the terrible things I am suffering from then I think that I will really get a terminal illness.
It's a weird logic and very negative. I have always been like this.
