Typing this at work, but I'm struggling with a sudden surge of symptoms including left arm pain/weakness/cold, left chest pain, left leg/foot ache, sharp abdonem pain, an increasingly tight chest, palpatations and random head pressure. I can't drop my work.right now so I'm afraid I need some reassurance. This can ALL just be anxiety right? Even if excercise makes it worse and it gradually gets worse anyway?
EDIT: One more thing, I'm sleeping poorly because I usually sleep on my sides but lying on either my left or rught side makes me dizzy and gives me palpatations. :(
