I JUST FELT LIKE I COULD NOT BREATH & MY CHEST FELT ALL TIGHT. I,VE COME UPSTAIRS TO HAVE SOME TIME ON MY OWN. I HAVE FELT ALL ANXIOUS ALL MORNING SO COULD,V BEEN THE BUILD UP & I FEEL LIKE I KEEP LURCHING FORWARD. I HAVE GOT A COLD IN MY HEAD & EYES. BUT IT JUST SCARES ME. & I DO THINK IS IT REALY ANXIETY?:bighug1:

It's classic anxiety and I've had this more times than I can remember. However bad you're feeling now, it will pass.
