i received a letter this morning from my doctors surgery assking me to make a non urgent appointment to discuss the results of some blood tests i had done recently
i was led to believe the test results would take 7-10 days to come through but the letter was sent 2 days after the tests were carried out.

as its a saturday there is no one at the surgery to speak to to clarify the situation
am i worrying unduly over this?

I think the words "non urgent" are important so there is nothing to worry about.

As Nicola said it says non urgent if it was anything serious they'd have told you to make an urgent appointment.
