First day of increased dose

Hi all, well today I have increased to 20mg from 10mg day 11 in total. Feel strange but not sure if this is due to increase or nerves about side effects. Still cannot sleep though as when I shut my eyes the anxiety starts.

Any words of encouragement would help.....
