Just thought i would update people on my latest doctors trip. If anybody is interested of course lol.
The citalopram i have been taking is working well and having positive effects on my anxiety. But due to my mood swings my doctor wondered if i might be bi-polar. Something i mentioned the other day on here. After talking at length with him he has put my anxiety ( well some of it) down to the fact i have something called cyclothymia. A disorder on the bipolar ladder he says.
So basically this is where im at now, trying to discover information and get to grips with this new diagnosis. Cant believe its taken so long to get what i feel is the most accurate diagnosis!
