Hello all,

Been here a few days now, but thought I'd better introduce myself! I'm Jo, 21, and in my final year of uni. I have health anxiety, stress related IBS, and get panic attacks when away at uni. I'm a good listener as well as a talker :D
Hope to talk to like-minded people and help each other out!
