I had to go and have my vaccinations today for my trip to Ghana. I was absolutely petrified, I was awake at half 4 this morning thinking about and spent most of the morning in the loo.
The nurses were brilliant I told them how petrified of needles I was and they laid me down and kept talking to me. I did my breathing exercised and just about managed to keep my anxiety under control.
feel chuffed that I managed to do it on my own, only 3 more to go and now I have two very dead arms!

I also have a bad phobia of needles and a couple of weeks ago, with the help from a psychologist, I was able to have a blood test, after a sleepless night and constant visits to the bathroom just like yourself.

At least we have both made a step in the right direction

Well Done You and have a great trip to Ghana. :)

Love
