Sleeping has become a huge issue with me since discovering my anxiety. I go to bed tired and I'm just about drifting off then I get a huge surge of panic/adrenaline that keeps me awake for the whole night.
Doc has now put me on 20mg tamazepam - is anyone on this? It's making me so drowsy the next day and helps but last night I still had a restless night !
I feel I can't get out of the vicious cycle!
I'm also on propranolol and recently started citalopram.
