I had had shortness of breath for a few weeks and a couple of days ago it finally went, I was waling into town thinking 'I am finally getting better' when I got needle like pains on my stomach and legs, it felt like it was on the skin surface and was really odd. Then it all came back, I got cold shivers, heart pounded and I could not enjoy myself any more. Should I be worried about this pain?
