I'm suffering from health anxiety, and wondeed if spaced out heavy head isca symptom of this. I have it 24/7 and wondred if anyone has any tips to help it to lift.
Yeah its called brain fog and its a symptom of anxiety
By accepting it as anxiety and not worrying - I had it a few days ago and now its gone! Your okay don't worry, if your really worried go to the doctors

keep yourself occupied. I found that if I didn't think about it it went away... that convinced me that it wasn't serious and that it was *just* anxiety.
