Throat issues!! Anxiety

I had a sinus infection 3 weeks ago and had a lot of face pain, doc gave me anti biotic and it took it all away!!
Now for the last 4 days i have have my head dimented cause i feel like there is something sitting on top of my soft palate at the back of my throat!! i also feel like there is phlegm is stuck there!!
i have googled everywhere and cant find anything about it!! when i dont think about it it goes away, is this anxiety again causing this???

im no expert but i had similar last year, went to see my doctor who gave me the all clear and told me if i stopeed worrying about it it would go away and sure enough it did

i googled 'globus' and that explained everything to a tee

forget about and itll be gone before you know it:D
