Hi to everyone,

I've lurked this forums as a guest for over a year now, I laughed and cried at many posts...it's like I wrote them! I've finally joined here as my HA is taking a nosedive, nobody knows about my anxiety not even a doctor and I felt like being around like minded people was the right place to be.

Hi and welcome. First step is telling your doctor and see what they recommend. You don't have to jump into medication if you don't want but I would ask for a referral for some therapy as a first step but don't be afraid to go down the medicine route if you need the extra help.
