Unilateral ankle clonus - worried

Today i visted a neurologist due to twitching in my legs, body jerking and hand tremors. In looking me over he said everything looked okay bar ankle clonus in my left ankle. Does anyone know if clonus can ever be for benign reasons? It seems everywhere on the internet talks about ms and als... :(

I'm not sure what an ankle clonus is?

I have never seen it as referring to MS or anything sinister. It is involuntary movement of the muscles (muscle spasms).
