Im Denise and Im 35. I suffer from ocd and generaliszed anxiety disorder. I am so enjoying the peace and relaxation I have had recently....and dont want to experience anxiety again! So many times it has defeated me and left me reeling at the poor decisions I made becauseI was so fearful that I couldnt think stright..and I get afraid to make decisions.
