Hello everyone...

My name is Hannah and this site is fantastic :)
I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety and I am currently trying to get over it! In June a gave birth to my beautiful baby girl but had a horrific labour along with my boyfriend away in Afghanistan for 5 months after my daughter was born. All this has lead to my panic and anxiety...xx
