hello all! hope your all ok? well i went up the town today & i walked it up & back (i usualy have lift up & back so i very rarely carry heavy shopping bags only to the car. ) but anyway so when i got back i was ok but then i started having left arm pain (mainbly in my fore_arm) & realy didn,t take any notice but now i am it,s still there & making me anxious & i,ve just felt funny like my legs went a bit weird like a rush in them & as i spoke to my sister it,s like my mouth or tongue whent funny. it,s proberly just me taking too much notice & fearing worst AS U DO! but it could be carrying the shopping bags because i think i carried more on my left arm then my right. & it,s like going in my fingers. so frightend. im lying down now.
